Helicopter Surveys and Tours
The helicopter provides a view like no other, for showing real-estate, assessing land use and development, wildlife counting and survey, timber sale inventory, or even for just touring the local area. We can fly low and slow, and as a passenger, you have excellent visibility. Depending on the locale, a landing at your survey site may even be possible for ground survey, or as a pickup point for the passengers.
For many commercial real-estate companies, the helicopter is the ideal way to show land. Many sites can be covered in a very short time, with an excellent overview of each site and the surrounding land and developments. This is also an ideal time to take aerial photographs of the different areas.
